Introduction to Agile

As you know, it's also very important to know not only programming and testing technics, but to know development methodologies!
And here is a good intro to Agile methodology:

 Of course only this video will not be enough to understand all principles of Agile methodology, so, you'll need to read some books, blogs and other information about this methodology.

My local testers community

One month ago I wrote about Testers Lviv UA, our local testers community, but then they had only a few videos. So, now guys did a good job and made an update of whole site and add new videos to their youtube's channel. So, now you can check it out. But it all still in Russian/Ukrainian, hope, maybe some day they'll have some English videos.
P.S. Hey, guys from Testers Lviv UA, why you named your videos in English and all speaches are in Russian, maybe will be better if names will be in same language, no?
